How is my price calculated?

Every job gets its own free quote, based on how much waste there is, the items involved and the access. Send photos or a list and we confirm the quote before anything is arranged.

What time will you arrive?

Our normal collection window is 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. A flexible collection anytime within that window is free. Narrower arrival windows can be arranged on request, and we send an ETA when we are on our way.

Are you a licensed waste carrier?

Yes. Atlas Waste Co. holds Waste Carrier Licence CBDL645216 and every collection is transferred to a permitted facility.

What happens to my waste?

Waste is sorted at a licensed transfer station so that as much as possible is recycled or recovered, with landfill kept to a minimum.

Is there anything you cannot take?

We cannot accept paint, chemicals, gas bottles or asbestos. Items such as tyres, plasterboard, rubble, soil, hardcore, pianos, safes, anything over 100 kg and large commercial equipment need a tailored quote.

About our appliance disposal service

Our appliance removal service collects unwanted washing machines, cookers, dishwashers, televisions and smaller electrical items from eligible local addresses, including Manchester and Stockport. Send a list or photos, your full collection postcode and the floor level so we can confirm access and a price before collection. Tell us about any appliance that is still connected; do not assume disconnection is included in the quote. We carry and load the agreed items and take electrical waste to an approved facility for appropriate treatment and recovery. Fridges and freezers require separate handling and carry an additional disposal charge confirmed in your quote. All collections are limited to addresses within 22 miles of SK8 3AE.
